As an IBIS customer, you will receive an unlimited number of support requests to assist you with diagnosing any problems with the IBIS application. Our team are very experienced, and most issues can be resolved with a single call or email.
We regularly release software updates to ensure our product is functioning without issue and minor software enhancements are included.
