System Overview

Ticketing Screen

Ticketing ScreenFor busy information centres this screen does it all. On the left is your operator and product database, a centralised information source, easily updated and customisable. As you select an operator or product, notes are displayed giving you contact information and important sales tips.

On the right are the voucher details and payment information, including notes for the customer about what they need to remember or take with them, or directions to their accommodation.

Voucher Search

Voucher Search ScreenFinding existing reservations is fast and easy - choose to search between dates or filter for: customer name, operator, user who made the voucher, status, booking reference and more.

Different tabs separate cancelled, outstanding and un-confirmed referrals for easy reference. Once you’ve found your voucher, one click opens it in the main voucher screen where all details are displayed and you can edit or cancel it. You can also highlight several rows and take them all through to point of sale for payment in one transaction.

Online Reservations

Agent Online The IBIS vouchering system includes an integrated online booking function which can ‘talk’ to other IBIS systems online – an agent can request availability information, select a departure and make a booking from an operators IBIS system. It is quick, easy and efficient – no double entry is required from one system to another. In addition, no phone calls - which means they can deliver excellent service to the customer and save you both money.

Point of Sale

Manage your transactions with the fast, simple, accurate Point of Sale module.Point of Sale feeds data into the rest of your IBIS system for accounts, marketing, financial analysis and inventory management.

Integrated Eftpos and individual staff security codes mean less chance of errors, foreign exchange and account charge can be done quickly and easily. Discounting, cash ups and held sales combine with efficient reporting to form an all round Point of Sale program.

Information fed into IBIS through other modules all ends up here, ready for you to manage operator payments and invoices for referral commissions. Stock Control

Stock Look UpIf you have a lot of retail items that you sell, you can use our optional stock control module to manage purchasing, stocktaking and credit adjustments for your retail suppliers. 

You can also do a wide variety of reports to manage your current stock balance, sales for different locations, suppliers or item groups.
