System Overview
Retail Items Screen
The retail items screen is the core of the stock module. This is where details of items are set up or altered and information such as barcodes, unit price, price ex GST are all stored. Features such as margin calculators, price rounding and assigning retail price types for managing fixed, editable or prompt pricing are all useful tools found in this screen.
If you are managing multiple locations, the retail items screen is also where you can easily see how many items are available at each outlet.
Purchase Screen
Follow the screen cues and easily create purchase orders for specific suppliers. Drop down lists allow you to quickly find items for re-ordering and deciding on quantities is a breeze with a handy calculator that determines min/max units based on your historical sales data. When a purchase is complete IBIS can generate a purchase order to send to the supplier.
When the goods arrive simply check the order against the purchase and print your bar code labels if required. Simple as that!
Stock Ledger
Want to see the exact details of your stock? Use the stock ledger screen to quickly check the history for a selected item and retail location. It shows a summary of how many units were purchased, transferred, adjusted and sold. Each transaction generates a unique ledger batch id for stock movement and details such as transaction type, user id and time are all recorded to help you keep track.
Stock Reports
Extensive and accurate stock reporting will help you gain business efficiency. Easily see your sales by hour, day, user, country/region and more using the Sales Statistics report. An Audit Trail report shows details of all adjustments, credits, purchases and transfers. Want to see how many weeks of supply you have for one or all of your retail items or perhaps a grand total of all current stock? Use the stock balance report to quickly find all this information and much more.
